I do this ALL the time in English! But only because the teacher whines about how the students don’t ‘take in advice’ and ‘listen to them’. Pssht. We listen.

Can’t relate. I was always OVER the word limit (including the 10% leeway we got) and had to shorten. Guess I am a somewhat prolixic writer 😉
